Construction of Fish Feed Plant

Design and construction of a fish feed processing plant in Siavonga, including perimeter fencing and warehouse facilities. The scope also covered full installation of both local and imported components in strict accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications, including doors, lighting systems, and water tank and pump installations.

Project Overview

This project involved the comprehensive construction of a fish feed manufacturing plant in Siavonga, Zambia, delivered to meet both functional and industry standards. The scope of works included the construction of core plant facilities, perimeter security fencing, and associated warehouse buildings to support storage and operational requirements.

In addition to the civil and structural works, the project covered the installation of all mechanical and electrical components in full compliance with the manufacturer’s specifications. This included the integration of locally sourced components as well as selected imported items such as specialized doors, lighting fixtures, and the water storage and pumping system. Particular attention was given to quality control, safety, and coordination to ensure seamless integration of all systems.

The completed facility provides a durable, efficient, and secure operational environment designed to support fish feed production while allowing for future expansion and long-term operational reliability
